Tickets purchased online will usually be linked to the purchaser’s account and may be accessed through My Account → My Tickets, where available.

3.3 Gate and Match-Night Ticket Purchases

Where tickets are available to purchase at the gate or on match night, these Terms & Conditions also apply to those purchases and to all supporters entering The Den – Deeside Ice Arena.

Gate or match-night purchases may not require a registered online account. However, supporters remain subject to these Terms & Conditions, the Deeside Dragons Rink Regulations & Code of Conduct, and Gwella’s Arena Rules and Conditions of Entry.

All gate and match-night ticket sales are subject to availability.

Digital and QR code tickets may be scanned on entry.

Once a ticket has been scanned or used, it cannot be used again.

Concession tickets are offered at the discretion of the club.

Concession categories, eligibility rules and evidence requirements may change from season to season.

By purchasing or using a concession ticket, the supporter confirms they meet the relevant eligibility criteria.

Proof of eligibility may be requested before entry, during entry checks, or at another reasonable time.

Failure to provide suitable evidence may result in:

  • Entry refusal
  • Requirement to upgrade to the correct ticket type
  • Cancellation of the ticket
  • Suspension of ticketing access in cases of repeated misuse

The club will only ask to confirm eligibility and does not require unnecessary personal or medical details.

4. Season Tickets

The club does not provide physical Season Ticket cards, printed passes, or physical Season Ticket booklets.

Digital Season Tickets may be accessed through the supporter’s online account, by email, QR code, or another official digital ticketing method confirmed by the club.

Where a Season Ticket uses a QR code, the same QR code may be used for eligible fixtures during the season unless the club states otherwise.

Supporters may choose to print off their Season Ticket QR code, save it to their device, or keep a copy for ease of access on match nights. However, printed or saved copies remain the responsibility of the supporter and are subject to the same entry, scanning, duplicate-use and misuse rules as the original digital Season Ticket.

Only one valid entry will be permitted per eligible fixture. If multiple copies of the same Season Ticket QR code are presented, only the first valid scan or accepted use will be honoured.

  • Priority access
  • Reserved seating where applicable

  • Other benefits confirmed by the club

Benefits may change from season to season.

Season Ticket benefits are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated at the point of purchase.

Season Tickets are for individual use only unless the club provides an official transfer or reassignment process.

The club may cancel a Season Ticket without refund where there is:

  • Unauthorised resale
  • Repeated misuse
  • Concession abuse
  • Attempted fraud
  • Breach of supporter conduct rules
  • Breach of these Terms & Conditions

4.5 Season Ticket Concessions

Proof of concession eligibility may be requested at any time.

Failure to provide proof may result in:

  • Entry refusal
  • Required upgrade to the correct ticket category
  • Cancellation of concession benefits
  • Review of future ticketing access

4.6 Fixture Changes

Fixtures may be rescheduled, postponed, rearranged or cancelled due to league decisions, venue availability, weather, operational issues or other circumstances outside the club’s control.

Ice hockey is a fast-paced sport.

By attending, you acknowledge:

  • Pucks may leave the playing area
  • Sticks, players or equipment may come into contact with barriers or surrounding areas
  • There is a risk of injury
  • Supporters are responsible for remaining aware of play at all times

For safety reasons, and to avoid blocking the view of other supporters, spectators are requested to remain seated while the puck is in play, unless there is an emergency or a genuine need to move.

Supporters should wait for a natural stoppage in play before leaving or returning to their seat wherever possible.

Supporters must follow safety instructions from club volunteers, stewards, venue staff, security, officials or authorised representatives.

Supporters who repeatedly fail to follow reasonable safety or seating instructions may be asked to move to another part of the rink, leave the seating area, or leave the venue where necessary.
