Be a Game Night Hero – Join Our Amazing Volunteer Team!

Join the Steel 4 Structures Deeside Dragons family and help us make the 2024/25 season unforgettable! We already have an incredible group of game night volunteers, and we’re looking to add even more amazing people to our team.

We are especially seeking volunteers for match night stewarding. This key role ensures our fans are well looked after and that we maintain a safe, controlled, and enjoyable game night experience. Your dedication and enthusiasm will help us create an unforgettable atmosphere for everyone.

Please note: Due to the high number of expected applicants, not everyone who applies will be selected as a volunteer. We appreciate your interest and understanding. If you’re passionate about hockey and eager to contribute, we’d love to hear from you.

Volunteer Expectations

As a Deeside Dragons volunteer, your role is vital to the success of our game nights. While we know you are passionate about the team, it’s important to remember that as a volunteer, your responsibilities take precedence over being a fan.

We expect all volunteers to be impartial, helpful, and supportive, and to perform their duties to the best of their ability.

As a steward, you will need to:

• Maintain control and ensure a safe environment.

• Support fans and resolve any issues they may have.

• Handle situations independently while following club guidelines.

• Report any issues to the club management team promptly.
