🐲 IT’S TIME FOR THE BORING, BUT IMPORTANT BIT… 📋

Ahead of the 2026/27 season, we have reviewed and updated the Steel 4 Structures Deeside Dragons:

✅ Terms and Conditions
✅ Rink Regulations
✅ Supporter Code of Conduct

We know nobody gets excited about reading the rules and small print, but these documents are there to protect our supporters, players, volunteers, officials and venue staff, while helping match nights at The Den run safely and smoothly.

Some sections have been updated following discussions with our insurance provider and Deeside Leisure Centre, while other existing rules have been clarified and will need to be enforced more consistently.

A few important reminders:

🏒 Please remain seated while the puck is in play.

This is not a new rule, but it was specifically highlighted during our insurance review. Supporters must wait for a stoppage in play before leaving, returning to or moving between seats, unless there is an emergency or genuine need to move.

Moving around during live play can block other supporters’ views, create hazards on the steps and increase the risk of an accident while everyone’s attention is on the ice.

👷 Instructions from our match-night team must be followed.

All supporters must follow any reasonable instruction given by a steward, club official, volunteer, venue representative, security team member or emergency service.

Our match-night team are not there to spoil anyone’s evening. They are there to protect everyone in attendance and ensure the event operates safely.

🤝 Respect everyone inside The Den.

Aggressive, abusive, threatening, discriminatory or intimidating behaviour will not be tolerated. This applies to behaviour towards supporters, players, officials, volunteers, venue staff and visiting teams.

Anyone breaching these standards may be refused entry, removed from the venue or banned from future fixtures. Supporters removed for misconduct or breaking venue rules will not receive a refund.

👨‍👩‍👧 Children must remain supervised.

Parents and guardians are responsible for children in their care throughout the event. Children must not run around the stands, stairways, walkways or viewing areas.

🎟️ Use the correct ticket type.

Proof of eligibility may be requested when using a concession ticket. Anyone unable to provide suitable evidence may be required to upgrade their ticket or could be refused entry.

Please also remember that match tickets are generally non-refundable. If a fixture is rearranged, your ticket will normally remain valid for the new date.

By purchasing a ticket or attending a Deeside Dragons fixture, you agree to follow the club’s Terms and Conditions, Rink Regulations, Supporter Code of Conduct, venue rules and instructions from authorised staff.

Please take a few minutes to read the documents before the new season begins:
