Welcome back, Dragons fans!
Tonight marks the beginning of another exciting season at Deeside Ice Arena, and it is fantastic to see you all back inside The Den for our first home game of the new campaign.
Last season gave us so many moments to remember. The Deeside Dragons lifted the Moralee Cup, finished second in the league and reached the play-off final. Those achievements reflected the determination of the players, coaches and everyone working throughout the club.
We are immensely proud of what was achieved, but a new season brings new challenges, new opportunities and another chance to create unforgettable memories together.
We are delighted to welcome our new players Kan Morin, Ryan Wardell, Curtis Warburton and Lewis Baldwin to Deeside. We hope they enjoy every moment of representing the Dragons and quickly discover just how special this club, its supporters and our community truly are.
A huge amount of work has taken place behind the scenes to prepare for the new season. Our Board, coaching team and dedicated volunteers have worked tirelessly throughout the summer. From recruiting players and securing sponsors to arranging fixtures, selling season tickets, preparing the arena and completing countless jobs that often go unseen, their commitment keeps the Deeside Dragons moving forward.
We are also delighted to officially welcome the Deeside Dragons Official Supporters’ Club. The Supporters’ Club will play an important role in bringing fans together, strengthening the connection between the team and the stands, and helping to make match nights at Deeside even more special.
Most importantly, we want to welcome every supporter back to The Den.
This season, you are the key to helping our club continue to grow.
Every ticket purchased, every friend or family member you bring to a game and every Dragons post you like, comment on or share makes a genuine difference. Sharing our fixtures, news, ticket links and match night posts across Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok and your own social groups costs nothing, but its value to the club is priceless.
Your support helps us reach new fans, attract new sponsors and show the wider community exactly what the Deeside Dragons are all about.
Last season showed what we can achieve when the players, coaches, volunteers and supporters all pull in the same direction. Now it is time to build on that success.
