We have made improvements to the Deeside Dragons ticketing system to make buying tickets quicker, clearer and easier for fans.
Quicker on mobile
The booking flow has been improved to make buying tickets from your phone faster and easier.
Allocated seating improved
Main Stand allocated seating is now set up and working as it should for season ticket holders.
Season seats protected
Main Stand season ticket seats are blocked from resale during the season pass period.
Digital ticket access
Tickets will be stored in My Account / My Tickets, making access simpler on match night.
Season ticket improvements
Main Stand season ticket holders can choose their seat during checkout. Once selected, that seat is linked to the season pass and blocked from resale for the duration of the season pass period.
Discount ticket window for season ticket holders
For non-season-ticket fixtures where a discounted ticket is offered, season ticket holders will have 48 hours to purchase their discounted ticket. If it is not purchased within that window, the seat may be released for general sale for that fixture.
Season ticket concession options
Season ticket sales include a concession option, selected from a pre-defined list of eligible categories during checkout. Full details of eligible concession categories will be disclosed closer to the season ticket release date.
By choosing a concession ticket, you are confirming you meet the eligibility criteria. Proof of concession will be required, and tickets may be refused if valid proof cannot be provided.
