Our supporter regulations help keep Deeside Dragons fixtures safe, welcoming and enjoyable for families, young fans, new visitors and lifelong Dragons supporters.
The important information in plain English
Respect other people, remain alert during the game and follow instructions from authorised club and venue staff.
Respect everyone
Treat supporters, players, officials, volunteers and venue staff fairly. Support the Dragons positively and help keep The Den welcoming and family-friendly.
Abuse will not be tolerated
Aggressive behaviour, threats, racism, discrimination, harassment, bullying and targeted abuse may result in immediate removal from the venue.
Only move during stoppages
Wait until the referee stops play before leaving or returning to your seat. Moving during live play can block views and create hazards on steps and walkways.
Watch out for flying pucks
Pucks, sticks and equipment can leave the playing area without warning. Stay alert during warm-ups and live play, especially when sitting near the glass.
Children must be supervised
Parents and guardians remain responsible for children throughout the event. Children must not run around the arena, enter restricted areas or be left unattended.
Follow staff instructions
Follow reasonable instructions from stewards, volunteers, club officials, Gwella staff and emergency services. These instructions are provided for everyone’s safety.
Keep out of restricted areas
Supporters must not enter the ice, player benches, penalty boxes, changing rooms, medical areas, control booths or areas marked as private or staff only.
Bring the correct ticket
Every supporter must hold a valid ticket. Invalid, previously used, misused or improperly transferred tickets may be cancelled or refused.
Bring concession evidence
Supporters using concession tickets may be asked for suitable proof. Without evidence, you may need to upgrade your ticket or could be refused entry.
Accessible support is available
Contact the club or venue in advance where possible if you need accessible seating, carer support, help with entry or permission to bring essential medical items.
Report concerns immediately
Report bullying, harassment, safeguarding concerns or unsafe behaviour to a steward, club official or Gwella staff member. Contact emergency services where someone is in immediate danger.
Follow emergency procedures
Remain calm, follow staff instructions and use the nearest safe exit. Do not block escape routes, delay to collect belongings or re-enter until told it is safe.
Breaking these rules may result in removal without a refund
Serious or repeated breaches may lead to refused entry, removal from the venue, ticket or account restrictions, a ban from future fixtures, referral to the appropriate authorities or further club action.
