📄 Terms & Conditions

By registering for the “Bring Your Pop-Up” initiative, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Space Is Limited
    Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and spaces are subject to prior approval by Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey Club (DDIHC).

  2. Approval Required
    All pop-up displays and promotional activity must be pre-approved by DDIHC. We reserve the right to decline applications that are not appropriate, conflict with existing partners, or do not align with our club values.

  3. Setup and Staffing
    Pop-ups must be set up before doors open on game day and removed promptly after the event. Businesses are responsible for staffing their pop-up and must not leave displays unattended unless agreed otherwise.

  4. Promotion Standards
    You may promote your business, product, or service from your designated space. However, the distribution of flyers, samples, or merchandise outside of your allocated area is not permitted unless agreed in writing.

  5. Liability
    DDIHC accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during your participation. You are responsible for your own equipment and for ensuring your display is safe and secure.

  6. Data Usage
    By registering, you consent to your information being used by Deeside Dragons Ice Hockey Club for the purpose of managing your involvement and to communicate future opportunities, offers, and events. Your data will not be shared with third parties outside of our trusted club partners.

  7. Conduct & Etiquette
    All businesses are expected to act in a professional and respectful manner at all times. We reserve the right to remove any display or individual not adhering to our club code of conduct.

  8. Cancellation
    If you are no longer able to attend, please give as much notice as possible so we can reallocate the space.

  9. This offer can only be used once by a single company.
